I fell in love with this charming 1880 home the moment I stepped inside. As we updated it, our focus was on preserving its timeless character while readying it for a FRESH CHAPTER  as a rental in the vibrant, art-filled town of Spring City, Utah. I was especially drawn to the deep window sills and the beautifully worn, wide thresholds—details that tell the story of its age. We brought it to life with BOLD COLORS and WALLPAPER in nearly every room!
